1. Headquarters advised tha L will be security
approved for an Industrial Security a Approval at the Top
Secret level once he successfully completes the polygraph portion
of the processing.
2- Par our telephone conversation of 26 March 1982,
Ishould report to the Main Receptionist at 1245 hours
on April 1982 and indicate that he is to be polygraphed.
Arrangements will be made to have him escorted to the testing
area where the polygraph will be administered.
3. If can not meet this appointment, please
advise me immediately so that alternate arrangements can be made.
