1. I uis a retired Air Force Colonel who worked for
the Intelligence Community Staff both as a military assignee and as an
independent contractor until recently. He terminated his association
with the IC Staff in September 1981 even though his contract was valid
through January 1982.

4. A return to the IC Staff was anticipated,
arrangements were made with CIB not to debrief him upon his departure
from the Agency last fall. Therefore, all of his special access
approvals are still valid.
5. The Headquarters and IC Staff VNE badges which were issued to
previously expired on 31 January 1982 and were returned to
e age Office. A 2001 form requesting new VNE badges for an
additional one-year period is attached hereto.
