1. Headquarters advised on 18 March 1982 that a 25X1
NSA employee assigned to your office has been approved or
special accesses by the Agency.
2. In order to be indoctrinated by the Agency L should
report to Room 1E74 of the Headquarters building on 30 March at
1445 hours. This briefing will take several hours to complete.
3. Should be unable to attend, please contact me on
