1. Headquarters advised that) Iin order to'be
granted Industrial Security Staff approval at the Top Secret level,
must be polygraphed by the Agency. Unfortunately, the earliest
polygraph date that I could obtain fo
is 24 May 1982. I have asked that we be notified if a cancellation
developes so that we may get an earlier time fo f it is
convenient for her.
2. Unless a cancellation developer, I (should report to
the Main Receptionist at Headquarters at 0815 hours on 24 May,
indicating that she is there to take a polygraph examination. She
will not require a building badge in order to accomplish this
activity.
