1. REMARKS: ONE PROBABLE MULTIPLE ROCKET LAUNCHER (MRL) UNIT
WAS AT TART ACHOR POLISARIO CAMP IN WESTERN SAHARA ON
(SWN)
2. SIGNIFICANCE: ONE PROBABLE MRL UNIT, CONSISTING OF ONE
BM-11 MRL, FOUR PROBABLE MRL (BM-21 OR BM-11), AND 14
SUPPORT TRUCKS WAS OBSERVED AT CART ACHOR POLISARIO CAMP.
THIS UNIT, WHICH HAD OCCUPIED THIS CAMP AS EARLY AS
HAD BEEN OBSERVED LATE LAST YEAR AND IN THE EARLY PART OF
THIS YEAR AT OUED TATRAT POLISARIO CAMP 1

ANALYST COMMENTS : WHILE INDIVIDUAL MRL HAVE BEEN
IDENTIFIED IN THE WESTERN SAHARA IN THE PAST, THIS IS THE
FIRST TIME A UNIT CORRELATION COULD BE MADE. (SWN)
