1. SIGNIFICANCE: LAUNCH-RELATED ACTIVITY IS IN PROGRESS. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: A MAZ-543 TRUCK-MOUNTED CRANE IS BACKED UP TO THE
A-FRAME STRUCTURE, AND THE LONG RANGE CRUISE MISSILE
TRANSPORTER-LOADER (T-L) IS ON A SERVICE ROAD APPROXIMATELY 100
METERS WEST OF THE STRUCTURE. POSSIBLE PRELAUNCH ACTIVITY WAS
IN PROGRESS ON WHEN THE T-L WAS BACKED UP TO THE 25X1
A-FRAME STRUCTURE. THE MOVEMENT OF THE T-L AWAY FROM THE
A-FRAME STRUCTURE COULD SUGGEST THAT A LAUNCH HAS TAKEN PLACE;
HOWEVER, NO DIRECT EVIDENCE SUCH AS A BURN MARK OR DEBRIS IS
OBSERVED. (SWN)
