1. SIGNIFICANCE: EVIDENCE OF A RECENT SS-18 MISSILE LAUNCH IS
OBSERVED. TSWN)
2. REMARKS: THE SILO DOOR IS OPEN AND THE SILO APRON IS
DARKENED. AN SS-18 LAUNCH ASSIST DEV E LAD IS IN THE IMPACT
AREA. THE LAD WAS NOT PRESENT ON SIX SUPPORT 25X1
VEHICLES AND A BUS ARE PARKED NEAR THE SILO APRON. A CONVOY OF
AT LEAST 11 VEHICLES INCLUDING A TRUCK-MOUNTED CRANE IS
IMMEDIATELY OUTSIDE THE SECURITY FENCE. (SWN)
