TITLE/SIGNIFICANCE:
New Auditorium/ Theater Building With Probable C3 Association
COMMENT: A new auditorium/theater building is currently under construction near
the command, control, and communications (C3) area at nine SRF installations and
one army barracks area. This new building has a unique irregular configuration
with overall dimensions of 36 x 36 x 8 meters. Additional identifications of
these buildings will help to determine how extensively they are deployed and how
strongly they are associated with C3. Installations where these buildings have
already been identified are: Barnaul SS-20 Support Complex
