1. SIGNIFICANCE: LATE-STAGE TEST PREPARATIONS ARE UNDERWAY AT
SILO 15 OF VULNERABILITY AREA 108. (SWN)
2. REMARKS:I I THE HIGH-EXPLOSIVE SIMULATION
TECHNIQUE (HEST) STRUCTURE AND BERM-LOADED EXPLOSIVE SIMULATION
TECHNIQUE (BLEST) BED HIGH EXPLOSIVE CHARGES HAVE BEEN ALMOST
COMPLETELY EARTH COVERED. ONLY THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE
HEST STRUCTURE AND A SMALL AREA OF THE BLEST BED IS YET TO BE
EARTH COVERED. FOUR LIGHTNING ARRESTERS HAVE
BEEN ERECTED NEAR THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE HEST STRUCTURE. AT
LEAST FOUR VEHICLES AND THREE PROBABLE SUPPORT TRAILERS REMAIN
AT OR NEAR THE TEST AREA. (SWN)
