1. SIGNIFICANCE: EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO BUILDINGS IN THE KUSHKA AREA
IS OBSERVED. (SWN)
2. REMARKS: EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO FACILITIES ARMY BARRACKS
AND THE SURROUNDING AREA HAS OCCURRED
AT THE ARMY BARRACKS, MOST BUILDING DAMAGE HAS OCCURRED IN THE
SOUTHEAST SECTIONS. THE ROOFS OF FOUR VEHICLE STORAGE
SHEDS/SUPPORT BUILDINGS HAVE COLLAPSED, 15 BUILDINGS RECEIVED
HEAVY DAMAGE, AND SIX OTHER BUILDINGS WERE SLIGHTLY DAMAGED
(NOT ALL ON GRAPHIC). A TENT HAS BEEN ERECTED NEAR ONE OF THE
DAMAGED BUILDINGS. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE OF EXPLOSIONS OP FIRE,
INDICATING THE DAMAGE MAY HAVE BEEN CAUSED BY HEAVY WINDS.
