TAXIWAY, PARKING APRONS, AND HARD STANDS APPEAR TO BE BROKEN UP. THE
RUNWAY AND TAXIWAY ARE BEING EXTENDED TO A LENGTH OF 7,655 FT, A
RAIL SPUR HAS BEEN CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE SW DISPERSAL AREA TO THE
CENTER OF THE FIELD.
