SUBJECT: SRI Capabilities Briefing
1. SRI International of Menlo Park, California will
present a capabilities briefing 1 October 1981 at 1300
in the DDS&T conference room (6E60). F-1
2. Specific capabilities to be addressed include:
-- Signatures and detection techniques for
possible collection use against high energy
laser and particle beam weapons test areas.
-- Low frequency electromagnetic signatures of
various types of military equipment such as
missiles, aircraft, submarines, and fixed
installations.
-- Detection techniques that may be useful in
collection against suspected nuclear, chemical,
or biological warfare production or storage
facilities.
-- Field perimeter security sensors and systems.
-- Computer operating system and data base security
techniques.
-- Quick reaction development capabilities for
deployable sensors and systems.
3. The SRI briefing team will be led by
Director, Special System Office. I expect the common security
level to be TK, SI. F-~
