REFERENCE: DDS&T Instruction 230-1, 30 October 1979
Approval to reprogram FY 1983 personal service funds to non
personal service funds within FBIS is requested as follows:
a. DECREASE: Living Quarter Allowances 25X1

.IMPACT STATEMENT: In FY 1983 FBIS field bureaus in Bangkok
and Vienna converted from a living'quarters allowance (personal services)
to leased housing (non personal services) for its ersonnel. This reprog-
ramming will place the funds in the proper SOC. 7 25X1
b. INCREASE: Leased Housing 25X1
