Forward Funding of FY 1983 Programs F__]
1. This memorandum requests permission to reprogram $100K from
four FA\!'s to Daily Reporting Division. As with our last reprogramming
request of 16 September, the additional funds are required to cover a
fixed-price amendment to the existing MIDAS contract with LOGICON.
Commitment of these funds-at this time will permit FBIS to procure
through LOGICON necessary. equipment for Phase II of the MIDAS program.
