1. The attache ents my best guess for the SCB training
plan. An additional -genre has been added to cover an miscellaneous
conferences that may come up. It also includes _to cover a TDY
to the Panama Bureau. The TDY has been suggeste by several FBIS
managers. The cost figure includes all necessary travel and lodging
and break out as follows:
