FBIS proposes spending the
above its Base Mark to procure
some of the estimated worth of additional equipment needed to
bring the London and Okinawa media monitoring facilities
up to full operating capability. This equipment is an unfunded item
in FY 1982 and is not budgeted for FY 1983.
