SUBJECT Annual Review of Sensitive Collection Operations
of the DDO asks for our submission for this year's
The attached memorandum on the same subject from
review by 30 September. Last year's formal submission was
limited to six sensitive programs in OSO. Each of these
programs was judged to be sensitive by criterion 3, detrimental
to foreign relations. With respect to the FY 1980 formal
submission, there were no new operations nor were there any
operations deleted from the report.

business 22 September or inform me if your response is negative.
