Plan on Turkey. For internal control purposes we have assigned it FBIS
Collection Requirement No. 82-1=e ds FBIS Collection Requirement
No. 81-03 dated 14 January 1981 FBIS Collection Requirement 25X1
No. 79-12 dated 5 November 1979 the objectives contained

possible response. You should use this plan as a guide to selection,
processing, and publication of relevant material. F--]
3. An Official Use Only version of the collection objectives is
attached for use by foreign national employees in the bureaus and JPRS
contractors. The classified version of the collection objectives and
statement of the collection problem are included for the information of
FBIS staff personnel in the bureaus. There is no need to retain this
classified material in the bureaus after it has been read, since the
Official Use Only version of the collection objectives should provide
sufficient selection and processing guidance to bureau editors and
monitors. The Office of HUMINT Collection has emphasized the need to
control these documents to prevent unauthorized disclosure outside the
