1. I am forwarding herewith a copy of unclassified guidance from
the Office of Global Issues, Geography Division, for reporting on the
state of Brunei. For i Prn-1 =-- 1 purposes, it has been assigned
FBIS Collection Guidance
2. Please note that this has been accepted only as collection
guidance, not as a requirement. The requester is aware that FBIS does
not monitor Brunei directly, but he is interested in reporting from
