the occasion of your 25th anniversary. I understand JPRS is responsible
for translating more material than any other component in the government.
May I assure you that you are rendering an extremely important service
to the analysts of the intelligence community and others concerned with

aware of JPRS and an admirer of its product. Your 25th anniversary
gives me an opportunity to voice this admiration and to commend you for
the exceptional job you are doing in collecting information from foreign
publications all over the world. We often hear of the lack of foreign-
