The reference memorandum with its associated attachments is
self-explanatory. Basically, requests may be 25X1
found in paragraph 3, which
.highlighting. He would like 25X1
to provide an affirmative statement concerning the declassification
of one or more of the patent applications in question "in their
present form." Unfortunately, I am unable to assess the relevancy
of 9 June memorandum to this request. It appears to 25X1
be in conflict with the declassification "in their present form."
Could you have your guys ferret this out and provide a response
to on this issue. I would appreciate a copy of your 25X1
response.
