Briefing on US Army CBR Program,
13 August 1982 (C/CIA-IUO)
1. Major General Fulwyler, Director of the Nuclear and
Chemical Directorate, DCSOPS, HQDA, and/or Col. Robinson,
Deputy Director, will present a briefing on the US Army's
chemical offensive and chemical, biological and radiological
defensive programs. The 30 minute briefing will be followed
by a discussion period. The briefing will start at 1000
hours on 13 August 1982 in conference room 7E62.
2. You and other interested personnel are invited to
