+ The Iraqi Government has reportedly decided to permit the
Palestine Liberation Organization to establish its radio station in
Baghdad. The "Voice of Palestine" had broadcast from Lebanon until
the PLO was forced to leave Beirut. FBIS will cover.
+ In FY 1982, using funds provided by the IC Staff, FBIS
translated and distributed 14 volumes in the JPRS series, "Worldwide
Report: Terrorism." The Interagency Intelligence Committee on Terrorism
is now evaluating the material to determine the usefulness of continuing
the series as well as the funding question.)
