SUBJECT': Announcement of the Availability of Excess
Agency-owned ALP Equipment
1. The attached PropertyTurn- In (1'1'l) document (Form 1707)
lists ADP equipment excess to DUO's needs. The system is
available for reassignment inYnediately and may be acquired at no
cost to the requesting component.
2. Components with requirements that could be satisfied by
this system are encouraged to submit a request to ODP for
reassignment of the equipment. Interested components should
forward requests via S Deed letter, to ODP Management Staff,
Attention: Hoorn 2D0105, Headquarters. Please
submit requests prior to 12 August 1983. The request for
reassignment should contain a statement describing the
component's requirement. If multiple requests are received, ODP
will determine reassignment based upon the component requirements
statements.
