History: Provide WP to 7260T users as well as 7265/8T.
Goals: Use STANDARD Agency terminal for ALL functions.
Avoid analyst/manager/professional needing two devices.
Provide WP service on host competitive with stand-alone.
Benefits: Creation, filing, printing, routing compatible on host.
Backup, archive, security implicit in centralized service.
Basis for future integrated OA, AIM compatibility.
SAFE requirements met in advance.
Spinoffs: Exercise full terminal functions, test and debug.
Model for other applications (SAFE/CAMS2/NOVA).
Exercise host terminal support (CAM).
Status: Test use by C/SPD, ODP/P, OCR (China).
Demand for trial by DDI/ASG.
