Personnel Resource Information Management (PRIM) The first move of live data from HRS2 to PRIM production was successfully completed on 20 June. The 100 participants can now test retrievals and procedures with live data. Subsequent data moves will be on a weekend basis until PRIM is operational, at which time moves will be daily. 2. Excess Burroughs Equipment A letter was prepared for DDA signature formally transferring ownership of two B6900 computer s stems to the Department of the Navy. The Navy transferred 100,000 to the SAFE Project Office to cover funds owed on the systems when the project was redirected. Four Burroughs B6900s remain unassigned. 3. SAFE Early Capability The first Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) user training class for SAFE-D was completed on 17 June at C of C. The Office of Training and Education (OTE) provided the training and facilities for 20 students. The system performed normally during training. The second DIA user training class for 20 additional users commenced on 20 June. Completion of this class on 24 June will mean that DIA will have 60 trained personnel at IOC on 27 June. W. Goodman, Chief of Staff, DIA received a demonstration of DIA's SAFE Early Capability (SEC) at the Ames Building. He received a short introductory briefing leading to a demonstration scenario that portrayed a hypothetical DIA analyst exercising SEC in his daily activities. The Acting Director of DIA, Major General Schuyler Bissell, viewed the same demonstration on 24 June.
