All of the DIA SAFE system equipment has been installed,
tested by Engineering Division, and turned over to Systems

ODP concurred on an Office of Global Issues procurement
action for commercial timesharing services. Access to a VM-type
system was required for an uncleared detailee to work on an
unclassifie!~ pro~act.

4. Support to DnI
COMFX (Comrr~ittee on Exchanges). COMEX was designed to
coordinate Intelligence Community interest in bilateral
agreements and cooperative exchangE programs between the t3.5. anc~
the PRC, IIS5R, and Fast Eurof+ean countries. A request has been

received to add files and procedteres to the Ct)MEX data base to
provide intelligence information to appropriate U.S. Government
departments and agencies about the transfer of technology to
Communist countries.
5. aupport to Office of the Comptroller
BRS (Budget Ranking System), The new function, RENAME,
has been wed to the BRS system. At this paint, all required
software has been completed and turned over to the customer for
final acceptance testing. t^1e expert to receive requests for
cosmetic changes to the reports throughout the next week. mhe
project should be closed by ? March.
