The Marketing Services Division of Dun and Bradstreet is presently
gathering information from employers and prospective employers in Vir-
ginia for the Virginia State Advisory Council on Vocational Education
regarding vocational education in the Commonwealth's public secondary
schools and community colleges.
The Council is appointed by the Governor of the Commonwealth to
advise the State Board of Education on Virginia's vocational education
programs, services, and activities. As the Secretary of Education, I
endorse this research effort of the Advisory Council and would appre-
ciate your assistance by responding to the brief and easy to complete
form and returning it in the self-addressed envelope.
Your reply will provide valuable information to help us insure
that the vocational programs in Virginia are responsive to the needs of
