DELEGATION OF AUTHORITY
Authority is hereby given to the Assistant to the'President,
the Executive Officer, and the Assistant to the Executive Officer of
the Employee Activity Association to approve write offs and expenses
for the corporation up to and including $100. Amounts over $100 will
be approved by the President.
