HEADQUARTERS BUILDING EXERCISE ROOM AND SHOWER FACILITIES
1. The major construction activity-in the basement of the Headquarters
Building that disrupted the Exercise Room and shower facilities has been
completed. Effective immediately, the Headquarters Building Exercise Room
schedule will revert to the one previously utilized as follows:
Men and Women
Monday through Friday (except holidays)
Saturday, Sunday, and holidays
Men Only
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Tuesday and Thursday
Women Only
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
Tuesday and Thursday
Hours
6 - 10:30 a.m.
3 - 8 p.m.
10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
12:30 - 3 p.m.
10:30 a.m. - 1 p.m.
10:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
1 - 3 p.m.
2. There are two shower rooms associated with the Exercise Room.
When the physical fitness facilities are used by men and women at the same
time, the dressing room and showers adjacent to the running track are reserved
for women and the dressing room and showers adjacent to the Exercise Room
are reserved for men.
