1. The personnel caling increase of positions was
made in order to bring the total ceiling s rengh of ORE to an
adequate level for operating purposes until the new ORE Table of
Organization is approved and new ceilings established.
25X9A2 2. The reference to the gap Intelligence Branch in my
memorandum of 28 November 197 does not establish a personnel
ceiling of Mpositions for the Map Intelligence Branch. The ceiling
increase is o be administratively allocated within ORE at your discretion.
