called the Plans Staff to request Office of
Logistics (OL) representation at a DDS&T meeting on Long Term
Planning and, in particular, human initiatives associated with
immediate reaction to intelligence requirements. Specifically,
S&T is studying an issue called "Surge, Collection & Analysis"
and requested OL representation at a meeting today at 1500 hours,
in Room 6E60, which, among other things, will discuss deployment
of people and equipment overseas.
