Survey
1. On 23 October 1979 conducted

the subject survey at the
The following information and recommendations are a
result of the survey:
a. The KY-70 is to be installed on the second floor
of the Administration Building within the only office
(unnumbered) which is normally unoccupied.
b. The door at the entrance to the office must be
replaced with a solid core wood door equipped with a
S&G Group I combination lock.
c. Two unlisted, sequentially numbered telephone lines
are to be ordered and terminated in the room on the wall
near the electrical outlet being used for the copying mach-
ine. The copy machine is to be relocated to another area.
d. Ten feet separation must be maintained between the
KY-70 and the "black" telephone presently located in the
room.
