SUBJECT: New Communications Support Requirements for FY 1980 - 1984
REFERENCE: Multiple Adse Memo dtd 10 Nov 77 fm D/L, same subject
1. Within the past month, two additional secure and black telephones
have been installed at newly created contract negotiators' work stations.
A survey of this Division's telephone system has been completed, and, as a
result, we anticipate no new communications support requirements for the
period in question. Nor can we identify any current services which could
be reduced or eliminated.
2. Therefore, the purpose of this memorandum is to respond negatively
to the referent memorandum. For any further information regarding the
survey taken or other data concerning this subject that you may require,
