3. Mr. Smith also gave me a draft copy of Guidelines
for an Energy Conservation Employee Awareness Program. I will
review these guidelines and see if I can determine what might
be appropriate for us to consider in an energy program. In the
meantime, we can obtain some of the free literature and make
it available to Agency employees.
