This circular provides updated information concerning paid parking and associated changes. Fee Collection Deadline. Paid parking stickers for the month of February 1980 must be purchased, affixed in the upper front left corner, and properly displayed on all valid Pentagon parking permits by 0600 hours, February 1, 1980. Failure to do so will subject the driver of the vehicle to a parking violation notice and fine. Parking sticker fees may be paid at the Parking Fee Collection Office at the South end of the Concourse opposite the stage, Room 2E165, during opera- ting hours, through January 31, 1980. Special Fee Window. Starting at 0800 hours, February 1, 1980 and continuing during regular Parking Fee Collection Office working hours, a special window (#4) will be open for collecting fees for the month of February 1980. Window #4 should be used to pay February 1980 parking fees only by holders of non- exempt permits issued after February 1, 1980. Contingency Parking. Lanes 50, 51 and 52, North Parking, have been designated as a special parking area for Pentagon personnel required to work during ex- ercises, contingencies and crisis situations. If the situation occurs after normal duty hours, participants are authorized to park in this area. Each or- ganization concerned is then responsible for notifying Central Parking Control ASAP and making arrangements for issuance of temporary special parking permits. Stolen Pentagon Parking.Permits. Pentagon parking permits and/or paid stickers stolen from vehicles at the Pentagon must be reported, in person, to the GSA Federal Protective Service, Room 1A313, where a report will-be written on the incident. A copy of the police report must accompany each request for repurchase of the monthly sticker or reissuance of the parking permit. March Fee Collection. All holders of valid Pentagon parking permits, except those specifically exempted, are responsible for paying the $10.00 March 1980 fee in cash in accordance with the schedule on the reverse of this circular.
