Thank you for your letter to the Administrator dated August 7, 1979,
regarding FY 1981 Standard Level User Charge (SLUC) rates for locations
occupied by your agency.
A.s the rate incrt_ases you refer to appear substantial, I ar. requesting
1-hr, T. 1,vers, Regional Commissioner, National Capital Region, Public
Suildngs Service, to review the FY 1981 rates to determine if these
chares will accurately reflect the commercially equivalent rates for
each of the three locations. You will be advised of the outcome of
this regional review within 21 days.
In an effort to provide agencies with more timely information for budget
preparation, we have advanced our transmittal date for annual SLUC budget
estiE,ates from July -to April. This change provides agencies notification
at least 17 months prior to the date SLUC r;tos become effective.
