SUBJECT: Classification Review of DCI Testimony
before the Committee on Foreign Affairs,
House of Representatives, 1 June 1960,
and Accompanying Memorandum
1. The Classification Review Division has determined that the unexpurgated
testimony of the DCI contained in the stenographic transcript of 1 June 1960
should remain TOP SECRET.
2. The stenographic transcript may be declassified if the following high-
