1. This agency is satisfied that the working group is
addressing the proper issues and that it should produce a useful
evaluation of the programmed and alternative mixes.
2. There are several other questions which are appropriate
for the steering group to consider and which cwe might be. able to
discuss at the next meeting. For example, what will the
Intelligence Community have to do to ensure that enhancements
included in the alternative mix would have a high likelihood of
reaching deployment? And what will be the impact of the different
IOC dates of the components inkalternative mix on the
collection of various data?
