Attached are the data you requested in your memorandum of
10 June comparing Soviet aid to clients and satellites with US
and Western aid to selected countries. The Western data is
derived from official reporting by OECD, while the Communist data
came from the coordinated Intelligence Community data base
maintained by the Agency.
