DDS&T ADM Supp Officer to all Offices:
As a result of LBJ edict placing a ceiling on growth of
certain Federal Agencies, including CIA, the DDS asked
the Directorates to review numbers and types of personnel
requisitions each office has on file in the Office of
Personnel and make sure requests reflect actual vacancies
to be expected inside the limits of FY 1967-68 ceilings.
