SUBJECT: Review of Comparative Evaluation Descriptors

Upon polling OMS component chiefs and panel members, the
evaluation categories involving five descriptors was the
comparative evaluation system of choice. The Chief,
Psychological Services Division also opined that the
five-category system was used in the past as a criterion measure
in test evaluation research, and he found that this system was
very effective and that it works.
