1. I fully endorse your recommendation to raise the SIS
level of the Comptroller's position from SIS-04 to SIS-05. In
addition to the noted program responsibilities, the SIS-05
level will more appropriately align the position with the other
Heads of Independent Offices in the DCI Area, while still
maintaining a corre ing alignment with the Executive
Director position.
2. The Comptroller position will be changed to SIS-05
immediately based odour authority to approve or change SIS
position levels.
