Made a Part of Lease No. !34" Landlord has advised me that they
have received a bonafide offer to lease the 1769 sq. ft. of

RENT: $10.00 per net usable sq. ft. per year or,

TERM: 3 Years
In accordance with Item 8 you have until close of business
on Monday, May 30, 1983 to notify my office in writing of your
intention to match this offer and lease the space. If such
written notice is not received by that date then Landlord will
assume you do not want the space and Landlord will he free to
lease it to the offeror.
