1. Per your request, attached herewith are listings of
ADP/Word Processing terminals for each Directorate of
Administration component as well as the Directorate totals for
FY-83, FY-84, and FY-85. In some cases the information we
ascertained from our Offices differs from the numbers in the
reference because we asked for the most recent information
available. (Special purpose terminals such as is display
devices, for example, have not been included.)
2. There are differences in the number of terminals planned
per dollar amount because of variations in specific configurations
envisioned--number of printers; disk storage, etc. Exact
configurations within each office/division/branch will not be
determined until installation time. Communications line
requirements will cause costs to vary slightly.
