SUBJECT: "The Human Threat to COMSEC"
1'. The 3/4" videotape entitled, "The Human Threat
to COMSEC," was received through the DDA's office from
NSA, S13. The Security Education Group has no requirement
for this particular presentation, however, we feel that it
should be included in your videotape library for availa-
bility to Agency components with interest in this topic.
2. Please contact NSA (see attached letter) and advise
them that your office has assumed responsibility for the
presentation which is classified Confidential - NOFORN.
This will relieve the DDA's office of administrative
accountability for the videotape.
