SUBJECT: Strategic Plan
Attached is a Strategic Plan that gives guidance for action
to individuals in the Office of Communications. This plan is the
result of extensive effort by a broad segment of the Office and
projects a corporate view of the service oriented organization we
are trying to achieve. OC's customers are anticipating a period
of growth that will demand that we accelerate every phase of our
activities. It is fortunate that adapting to rapid change is
not a stranger to us. We must, however, be prepared to give the
kind of performance that has traditionally been our hallmark in
order to meet this challenge. I remain confident in your ability
to achieve the objectives described in this Strategic Plan.
