SU3JECT: Draft Terrns of Reference, Space Intelligence Plan
1. Attached for your review and comments is a draft Terms of Reference
for a coordinated long-range Intelligence 'Community Space Intelligence Plan.
Please provide your written comments to the IC Staff, Planning and Policy
Staff, Attention: by It_is further requested
that you identify t ose organizations which you believe should participate as
members of the proposed Space Intelligence Working Group.
2. As noted in the Terms of Reference, the Intelligence Community
Planning Working Group will be asked to conduct a survey of existing space
program working groups/panels and products involving their respective
organizations. The results of this survey are vital to the successful
preparation of the Space Intelligence Plan.
