calendars for ou to address the OIS conference on y May 1983,

have you join us for lunch after your session at the podium.
2. As usual, we would be happy to have you speak on any subject you
choose. If we titled your talk "Today and Tomorrow in Administration,"
you would still have plenty of room to cover a number of topics as you
would like,butif you prefer other wording, we will be happy to change
the title.
4. Subjects always of interest to our personnel are the
Directorate's personnel and budgetary resources, the future of automation
in the Agency related to its acceptance and support by management, and
changes in Agency and Civil Service retirement programs with the impact
on the business of our Directorate. Comments related to the general
"State of the Directorate" or, in_a_br~oader sense, concerning the Agenc
