SUBJECT: Letter of Appreciation
1. Please pass on my appreciation to those in your Office
who played a part in the planning and support of the recent
Family Visitation Day. The feedback I have received indicates
that the--day was a total success. The response was excellent,
as indicated by the need to add three film presentations, and
I believe a good time was had by all. The DDCI asked that his
appreciation be passed on to everyone involved.
2. Having the Library open for tours afforded family members,
and also employees, a chance to see the facility and services
available. It is an interesting area and I am sure added to the
overall success of the program. Again, many thanks.
